The quality of work carried out was superb and the workforce were super very courteous and caring; no mess left for me to clean up everything was done before they left for the day.

I was extremely happy with the work that New Crest Developments did for me. They carried out building repairs to resolve a subsidence problem that I had at my property.

They were very professional and all the work was done to a very high standard. They managed to complete the work early and everything was left clean & tidy, I was very impressed with the final result.

We had an exceedingly traumatic experience when a speeding driver crashed into our garden wall sending large lumps of debris into our house, causing significant damage. Of the three builders sent for us to assess, New Crest Developments, and particularly Andy Bennett, stood out by far.

Andy’s personality, knowledge of the systems we would encounter, and his attention to detail were most reassuring for us and remained so throughout the project which took a full year to complete.

His employees/sub-contractors were likewise skilled, reliable and trustworthy, so much so that we were happy to hand over our house completely while the repairs were carried out.

Andrew and the team built us our Orangery. From start to finish, great customer service was shown. The guys who were on site were respectable and after each day, left the area clean and tidy. No job was too big!  We would highly recommend New Crest Developemnts to all our friends and family.

We were flooded in January 2025, and a reconstruction of downstairs was required. A very upsetting time for us.

Andy and his team were appointed, and we couldn’t have asked for a better company to fix our house. Very friendly and professional throughout the entire reconstruction and we were informed every step of the way by Andy who managed it all. Andy is such a lovely person and easy to talk to, nothing was too much trouble.

The quality of the re-build was excellent. Andy’s team and subcontractors were kind, courteous, tidied up and were respectful. Also important to mention is that everyone was on time if not before time early in the morning and working at weekends/evenings especially as we are not a local job. The works were completed on time despite a tight deadline.

We do not have any hesitation recommending Andy and Newcrest Developments.  It made a difficult time for us more bearable and Newcrest made our house a home to be proud of  again.
